INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This information notice has been prepared by Sulhan Moda Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), acting as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform. The purpose of this notice is to inform you, our individual customers and/or the representatives and employees of our corporate customers, regarding the purposes of processing your personal data, legal grounds, collection methods, potential data transfers, and your rights under KVKK.

For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data?
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • To provide you with our products and services,

  • To carry out communication activities,

  • To offer after-sales support services,

  • To manage customer relationships and satisfaction,

  • To track your requests and complaints,

  • To execute contractual processes,

  • To perform business operations and related activities,

  • To plan and execute commercial strategies, finance, and accounting,

  • To conduct marketing and analytics for our products and services,

  • To manage promotions, campaigns, and send commercial electronic communications,

  • To verify identity where necessary and prevent fraud, abuse, or loss,

  • To fulfill obligations under applicable laws and store required data,

  • To ensure data consistency, security, and apply necessary technical and administrative measures,

  • To share data with authorized public institutions, courts, law firms, accountants, banks, or our e-commerce platform when legally required or relevant.

To Whom and for What Purposes May We Transfer Your Personal Data?
We may share your personal data with:

  • Prosecutor’s offices, courts, and public authorities in cases concerning public safety or legal disputes,

  • Authorized institutions as required by applicable laws,

  • Law firms we partner with for legal follow-up,

  • Financial advisors for preparing our company’s financial statements,

  • Banks and the e-commerce platforms we use to fulfill our service obligations.

How Do We Collect Your Personal Data and What Are the Legal Grounds?
Your personal data is collected through the following legal bases defined under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK:

  • It is explicitly required by law,

  • It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill legal obligations,

  • It is necessary for the performance of a contract,

  • It is based on the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided it does not violate your fundamental rights and freedoms,

  • With your explicit consent, in the case of processing for marketing, promotions, or commercial communications.

We collect and process your data in accordance with Article 4 of KVKK and the following principles:

  • Lawful and fair processing,

  • Accurate and up-to-date when necessary,

  • Processing for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes,

  • Data minimization—limited to what is necessary,

  • Retention only as long as necessary per relevant legislation or business purpose.

Data may be collected through automated or manual methods such as email, paper forms, and phone calls and may be recorded, stored, classified, and transferred as specified above.

What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data and How Can You Exercise Them?
According to Article 20 of the Constitution and Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed,

  • Request information regarding processing,

  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used accordingly,

  • Know third parties to whom your data is transferred,

  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,

  • Request deletion or anonymization of your data under the conditions set out in KVKK,

  • Object to any unfavorable result due to automated analysis,

  • Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

To exercise your rights, you may submit your requests to Sulhan Moda Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi in writing, via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or from the email address previously registered with our systems, as per Article 5 of the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller.”
