Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Merchandise marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. If you send back Final Sale merchandise, it will not be accepted, and we will send it back to you.
Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange with original receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email our customer service team at shop@exquise.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Returns are free of charge.
