Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email our customer service team at shop@exquise.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label, if applicable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
